I appreciate you for drawing him, clearly a good bit of time and effort was put into this.

I've always loved Black Doom, I swear he's one of if not the most underrated Sonic villain of all time. He was definitely one of those villains who was actually a threat back in the old games when Sega was actually competent. This piece deserves more views honestly.
